Refund Policy

Yoga Jananam programs involve limited seats and advance planning. The following refund policy applies to all registrations.

• If a participant cancels 7 days or more before the program start date, up to 50% of the program fee may be refunded after deducting administrative charges.
• If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the program start date, no refund will be issued.
• Once a program has started, no refund requests will be accepted.
• Participants who do not attend the program without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
• If Yoga Jananam cancels or reschedules a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer the registration to a future program.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Participants who wish to cancel their registration must submit the request through the official contact email or phone number provided on the Yoga Jananam website.

• Cancellation requests must be made before the program start date.
• Refund eligibility will be determined according to the Refund Policy.
• Yoga Jananam may allow transfer of registration to a future program, subject to availability.
• Yoga Jananam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient registrations, or operational reasons.

Participants will be informed in advance if a program schedule changes.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of program registration.
• A participant’s seat is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Payments are processed through secure online payment gateways.
• Yoga Jananam does not store credit or debit card information.
• Program fees may vary depending on the program type, duration, and format.
• All payments are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policies.

Legal Restrictions for Age

• Yoga Jananam programs are generally open to participants aged 14 years and above.
• Participants below 18 years must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Certain programs may have specific eligibility requirements, which will be mentioned on the respective program pages.
• Yoga Jananam reserves the right to deny participation if age requirements or prerequisites are not met.

Service Delivery Policy

Yoga Jananam provides yoga programs and training sessions. As these are service-based offerings, no physical products are shipped.

• After successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation message or email.
• Program details such as schedule, venue, or online session links will be shared before the program begins.
• For in-person programs, participants will be informed about the location and reporting instructions.
• For online programs, access links and participation instructions will be shared prior to the session.
• If confirmation is not received within 24 hours of payment, participants should contact Yoga Jananam.

Transaction Currency

All payments made on the Yoga Jananam website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

For international participants, the issuing bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction charges, which are outside the control of Yoga Jananam.
